1. Who We Are

Agentic Agentic Enterprises ("we," "our," "us") operates agenticrootwork.com and the Auntie Root AI consultation service. We are based in Charleston, South Carolina, USA. Questions about this policy may be sent to privacy@agenticrootwork.com.

2. Information We Collect

  • Consultation content — the subject you select, the issue text you submit, and your survey answers. This content is processed by our AI system and stored for service delivery.
  • Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your credit card number, bank account, or CVV. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data: stripe.com/privacy.
  • Session tokens — a temporary JWT is issued after payment to authorize your consultation. Tokens expire in 24 hours and are single-use.
  • Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) collected automatically. We use this to maintain site security and monitor performance.
  • Cookie consent preference — stored in your browser's localStorage. No account or profile is created.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver your AI rootwork consultation
  • To process and verify payment (via Stripe)
  • To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service
  • To improve the quality of the Auntie Root knowledge base and AI responses
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your consultation content for advertising targeting.

4. AI Processing & Third-Party Models

Your consultation request is processed by one or more of the following AI services depending on your selected tier:

Your input may be processed by these services' servers. We configure API calls to opt out of training data use where the API provider makes that option available. Do not submit medical records, social security numbers, financial account numbers, or other highly sensitive personal identifiers in your consultation text.

5. Advertising & Cookies

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on informational pages (history, subject guides, biography pages). AdSense uses cookies to serve relevant ads.

We ask for your consent before loading AdSense cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage or using your browser's cookie controls. The consultation flow (/consult) does not display advertisements.

6. Data Retention

  • Session tokens: automatically expire after 24 hours
  • Consultation records: retained for up to 12 months for quality assurance, then deleted
  • Order records (Stripe payment references): retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations
  • Server logs: retained for 90 days

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Object to or restrict certain processing activities
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@agenticrootwork.com. We will respond within 30 days. Please note that because consultations are processed without requiring account creation, we may not be able to identify records associated with a specific individual without the order ID or session token used at time of purchase.

8. Children's Privacy

This service is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our service, contact us immediately at privacy@agenticrootwork.com and we will delete it promptly.

9. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures: HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage on AWS with access controls, DynamoDB point-in-time recovery, and single-use session tokens. No system is completely secure — we encourage you not to share your session token with others.

10. International Transfers

Our servers are located in the United States (AWS us-east-1, Northern Virginia). If you access this service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. By using this service, you consent to this transfer.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect when changes were last made. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
