1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing agenticrootwork.com or purchasing a consultation from Auntie Root, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use this service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Agentic Agentic Enterprises ("we," "us," "our").

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use this service. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund if we have reason to believe the purchaser is a minor.

3. Nature of the Service

Auntie Root is an AI-generated cultural and spiritual consultation service rooted in Gullah Geechee hoodoo and rootwork tradition. The consultation you receive is generated by artificial intelligence informed by historical texts, folkloric sources, and the Gullah Geechee oral tradition as interpreted through academic and community-sourced materials.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Auntie Root is not a licensed medical provider. Nothing in any consultation constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed physician for health concerns.
• Auntie Root is not a licensed attorney. Nothing in any consultation constitutes legal advice. Consult a licensed attorney for legal matters.
• Auntie Root is not a licensed therapist or mental health professional. If you are in crisis, call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911.
• Results are not guaranteed. Rootwork and spiritual practice outcomes are matters of personal faith and are inherently uncertain.
• The AI may generate content that is culturally informed but not authoritative. We are not responsible for outcomes from following consultation advice.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service at stripe.com/legal.

Refund policy:

• Before consultation delivery: Full refund if your session token has not been used and you contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
• After consultation delivery: Because each consultation is generated uniquely for you using AI resources at the time of submission, we do not offer refunds once the AI has generated and delivered your consultation result.
• Technical failure: If our system fails to deliver a result within 10 minutes due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact support@agenticrootwork.com with your order ID.

To request a refund, submit a payment dispute at /forms/dispute or email support@agenticrootwork.com.

5. Session Tokens & One-Time Use

Each purchase grants a single session token valid for one (1) consultation within 24 hours of purchase. Session tokens are non-transferable. Sharing or selling session tokens is prohibited and may result in access termination without refund.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this service to:

• Attempt to harm, stalk, harass, or threaten any specific, identifiable individual
• Circumvent payment mechanisms through unauthorized means
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce AI-generated consultation content for commercial redistribution
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or attack our systems
• Submit fraudulent payment information
• Use the service if you are under 18 years of age

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of access and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

The Auntie Root persona, name, and Agentic Agentic Enterprises brand are trademarks of Agentic Agentic Enterprises. The site's design, content, and underlying code are protected by copyright.

AI-generated consultation content delivered to you is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not publish, sell, or distribute consultation content without written permission.

Informational content on this site (history pages, subject guides, biography pages) is original editorial content and protected by copyright. Short quotations with attribution are permitted under fair use; wholesale reproduction is not.

8. AI Limitations & Disclaimer

Artificial intelligence may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or culturally imperfect content. The Auntie Root system is trained and prompted to respect and authentically represent Gullah Geechee and Hoodoo traditions, but AI cannot fully substitute for a human practitioner with lived experience.

We disclaim responsibility for any action taken based on consultation content. Use your own judgment. If a consultation recommends an ingredient, substance, or practice that could affect your health, consult a licensed medical professional first.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AGENTIC ROOT WORK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE CONSULTATION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
